Human resources development instructors are hired by organizations in both the public and private sector. The goal is to assist organizations retain the most qualified employees and place them in jobs where their skill sets are the most suitable. Human resources, labor relations, and training managers also work to provide educational services to newly hired employees, including organizational mission and culture, safety procedures, and other initial orientation training.
